Heidi Vanderlee
Founder
Positive Jam founder Heidi Vanderlee has been working in entertainment and public relations since 2012. She’s extremely into her neighborhood (Greenpoint), a steering committee member of the Meeker Avenue Plume Community Advisory Group (CAG) EPA Superfund Site, a low-level elected official (check out Rep Your Block!), a member of the New Kings Democrats, and a musician in the band Early Riser. Debbie Pressman
Senior Vice President, Publicity
With a Masters in Communications and Fandom in tow, Debbie has been doing entertainment and social justice PR for over 15 years. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, doom scrolling, community organizing, and co-hosting the podcast Moms of Flavortown. She lives in Queens with her husband, 2 kids, and an old dog. Brittany Gerckens
PR Assistant
Before joining Positive Jam, Brittany graduated from Syracuse University with degrees in Policy Studies and Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture. She spent two years living in Madrid, Spain, teaching high school English as a Language and Culture Assistant. Brittany had been traveling quite a bit over the last few years, but you can now find her walking around Brooklyn, chatting up anyone and everyone she encounters. Though she is new to entertainment, her former on-the-go lifestyle involved constant podcast and music listening, so she's very excited to be in this world supporting the PJPR team!
